Colonia de Sant Jordi is a tourist complex, a small settlement in the municipality of Las Salinas (Ses Salines), in the south-east part of the island of Majorca. La Colonia de Sant Jordi is famous mostly because of its marina and the nautical activities it has on offer, as well as the salt-rich environment that it finds itself in, a situation and characteristic which lends its name to the area, that holds no more than 5000 habitants.

La Colonia de Sant Jordi is situated within the municipality of Las Salinas (or Ses Salines), and is surrounded by a salt-rich environment, which gives its name to the municipality. The small village finds itself between Santanyi and Campos, in the southeastern corner of the island.
